  8.  1      Shutdown - A +12VDC signal held for 5 seconds on this pin while
  9.         the UPS is on battery shuts doen the UPS 20 seconds later.
  10.         The UPS will restart after a 10-second delay once normal
  11.         input power is restored. 
  12.  2      n/c 
  13.  3      Inverter Normally Open Contact - Closes to indicate that
  14.         the UPS is on battery power. 
  15.  4      Common - Signal ground for all interface signals and contacts. 
  16.  5      Low Runtime Normally Open Contact - Closes to indicate that
  17.         runtime (battery reserve while in inverter) is low. 
  18.  6      Inverter Normally Closed Contact - Opens to indicate that
  19.         the UPS is on battery power.
